Pets

We welcome cats and dogs.  We require a pet deposit of $300 per pet and the monthly pet rent is $40 per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum per apartment.  We cannot accept dogs over 40 lbs. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
