31-80 lbs. - $400 deposit and $400 non-refundable fee per pet.

31-80 lbs. - $50/month

Two pet maximum per apartment. If first pet is over 30 pounds, second must be under 30 pounds.

Restricted breeds include Akitas, American Bull Dog, Chowchows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Deans, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Stafford Shire Terriers or any mixture of those breeds.
